Mixed media mosaic collage on a charcoal gray canvas. Each two-inch strip, hand-torn from original artwork, contributes to this intricate piece. The subtle color details in this seemingly neutral composition are difficult to capture in photos and must be seen in person. Pops of color beneath layers of charcoal paint draw the eye continuously across the canvas.
 
Currently on display at The Brookwood Community in Brookshire, Texas in the "Art with a Purpose" exhibition from September 14 - October 11.
