Shipping Policy

All artwork is shipped directly from my studio in Houston. All work will ship within 5 business days, delivery time will vary depending on destination. Currently, I am only shipping to domestic location. For international orders, please email me in advance and I will provide you with a quote before you purchase the artwork.

I have experience in shipping artwork and all paintings will be carefully wrapped to ensure a safe and timely arrival.

Shipping costs are listed at checkout and are dependent on the piece's size and weight. Shipping costs may be higher if a piece is extra fragile or heavy.

If a piece arrives damaged, please let us know by emailing alisondonaldsonart@gmail.com immediately. We will allow you to exchange the piece for another of equal or lesser value.

Should a piece get lost in the mail, please file a claim using your tracking number and order details. For assistance, please email us at alisondonaldsonart@gmail.com.
